Investment Readiness

The Investment Readiness program is a structuring initiative for Entrepreneurship
Support Organizations (ESOs) and Togolese startups. This program addresses
the realities of early-stage startups by providing the skills, tools, and
support necessary to attract investors.
Investment Readiness is led by
the Ministry of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation through Agence
Togo Digital, in partnership with ProDigiT from GIZ-Togo. It
spans six months and combines online group training, practical in-person
workshops every two months, and personalized support. Participants will work on
developing key documents (business plans, pitch decks, financial plans),
mastering negotiation techniques, and preparing for the investment process from
approach strategy to closing.
At the end of the program, startups will have the tools to structure their
fundraising efforts, convince investors, and accelerate their growth. ESOs
involved will be better equipped to support other entrepreneurs in this
process, thereby contributing to the sustainable diffusion of best practices
within the Togolese ecosystem.
