Tech Immersion Plus in Vogan: A New Step Toward the Digitalization of Togolese MSMEs

As part of its vision for a more connected
Togo, the Ministry of Digital Transformation (MoDT), through the Agence Togo
Digital and in partnership with GIZ-Togo’s ProDigiT program, launched Tech
Immersion Plus in November 2024—an initiative aimed at strengthening the
digital capacities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
This initiative is part of Program 7 of the
Togo Digital Strategy, which is dedicated to the digital transformation of key
sectors of the Togolese economy.
Since its launch, several Tech Immersion
Plus cohorts have been held in various cities including Sokodé, Atakpamé,
Tsévié, Kpalimé, Kara, and Aného. The latest cohort took place in Vogan from
July 8 to 11, 2025. Like the previous ones, this session gathered around twenty
local MSMEs who benefited from an intensive 4-day training program covering:
● Digital
entrepreneurship
● Digital marketing
● Online safety and
cybersecurity
● Data analysis
● Business modeling
using the Business Model Canvas
These sessions are designed to equip local
MSMEs with the tools and skills needed to transition toward more modern and
digital practices.
Each cohort serves as a genuine space for
learning and peer exchange between entrepreneurs and facilitators, contributing
to the stimulation of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The Tech Immersion Plus journey continues
with the same goal: empowering MSMEs through digital transformation and
building an inclusive entrepreneurial fabric.
The next cohort is scheduled soon in Lomé,
aiming to close this dynamic cycle with even greater impact.
