National Portal for Digitalized Administrative Procedures (GNDAD) service-public.gouv.tg service-public.gouv.tg – is a governmental platform designed to provide citizens and businesses with a single point of access to all administrative procedures. This platform is accessible via several channels: web, mobile and a network of certified agents.
Gouv Check is a mobile application that enables the authentication and certification of administrative documents bearing QR codes, issued through the National Digital Administrative Procedures Portal (service-public.gouv.tg)
The ‘e-Services’ platform gives public administrations online access to their administrative procedures on a dedicated website with their own visual identity, separate from the National Portal website. This platform exclusively hosts the digitalized services of the relevant administration. These services also remain accessible via the National Portal for Digitalized Administrative Procedures.
A modular service for public administrations to receive and process user requests.This processing system has several independent yet connected modules for flexible deployment in line with the needs of government agencies and their digital maturity.
